Financial security
You will receive a permanent employment contract with a fair salary package that also includes variable components. These include a monthly kindergarten allowance of 50 euros net and an anniversary bonus that is paid every five years.
Working time & vacation
You will work with us in 2 and 3 shifts from Monday to Friday and have the weekend off. At the start of your employment you will receive a vacation entitlement of 26 days. After three years of employment, this increases to 30 days to allow you sufficient rest.
